The staff were helpful and made sure all our needs were met, especially when organizing local tours.

The bathroom was quite cramped and could use some modern upgrades for better comfort.

Twin room was decent, the beds were nice. Really enjoyed a walk-in shower in my private bathroom. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect - just a short stroll away from Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden.

This accommodation had a central setting to Cat ba island. All the staffs were very amiable and polite.

Rooms felt cramped, and misleading visuals do not represent the actual space. The bathroom situation was unfortunate. A lack of separation meant showers drenched everything. There were significant cleanliness issues, including dead pests found in the bed. While the fruit selection at breakfast was good, the overall experience was marred by uncomfortable accommodations and maintenance problems.

Staying at the lisa was great! It's located right in the heart of the old quarter. The room was comfy, and i loved the daily cleaning. The highlight was definitely the staff, especially mr long, who was always so friendly and helpful!

The tour desk was a real lifesaver for our family with three small kids. We enjoyed the cultural highlights at the Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. Plus, the room featured air conditioning.
